We are very proud to have been presented with the Green Flag Award 2022/23.
Page Park has won the Green Flag excellence award for the 4th year running.
The ‘green heart’ of Staple Hill has proved more popular than ever with visitor numbers shooting up since the pandemic. The park is also looking its best after our National Lottery Heritage Fund funded revamp and the hard work of both SGC grounds operatives and the Friends of Page Park.
The Green Flag scheme recognises the best open spaces in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and awards marks for community involvement, biodiversity, how welcoming it is as well as cleanliness, control of dog fouling and maintenance.
